Section 1

Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and ju555 (hereinafter referred to as "ju555", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ju555 website located at https://ju555.cam and all associated services, products, tools and content provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, playing a game, or using any feature of ju555, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.4 ju555 is operated as an online entertainment and sports betting platform. It is targeted at adult users, including players in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. ju555 does not represent, warrant or guarantee that accessing or using the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or the jurisdiction of the applicable operating licence. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. ju555 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend an Account pending such verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You may not register or use the Platform if you are located in, or are a resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registering. ju555 provides no representation as to the legality of the Platform in any jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading or fictitious information — including falsified identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

3.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of ju555 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a player Account or participate in games or betting markets offered on the Platform.

Section 4

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process. To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration form, providing at minimum a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth.

4.2 KYC Requirements. ju555 is required to carry out identity verification in accordance with the operator's KYC and AML procedures. You may be required to submit, through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal, one or more of the following:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), where required;
• A selfie or liveness check photograph alongside your identity document;
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

4.3 Document Integrity. You must never alter, crop, obscure, falsify or digitally manipulate any document submitted for verification purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.4 Withdrawal Restriction Pending KYC. ju555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Deposits may be accepted prior to full KYC completion at ju555's discretion, subject to applicable limits.

4.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify ju555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. ju555 support agents will never request your password.

Section 5

Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods. Deposits may be made using the payment methods displayed in the active cashier at the time of deposit. Methods available may include, where supported by the operator: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (including IBFT via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice. Users must verify method availability in the live cashier before initiating a transfer.

5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using a payment method that you are not the registered owner of is prohibited and may result in account suspension and confiscation of funds.

5.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. ju555 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits.

5.4 No Interest. ju555 does not pay interest on deposits or Account balances at any time.

5.5 Currency. Account balances are maintained in PKR where the PKR cashier option is available. For cryptocurrency deposits, the PKR equivalent is determined at the time of processing and is subject to exchange rate fluctuation.

Section 6

Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. ju555 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal request.

6.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing timelines vary by payment method and are subject to compliance review. ju555 does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Indicative timelines — which are not contractual commitments — are published in the cashier. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the operator's cashier configuration. ju555 reserves the right to require alternative methods in certain circumstances.

6.4 Active Bonus Restrictions. If a bonus is active on your Account at the time of a withdrawal request, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw with an incomplete wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 Suspected Fraud. ju555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or breach of these Terms. Where fraud is established, funds may be confiscated and accounts permanently closed.

Section 7

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by ju555. A bet is not confirmed until an explicit confirmation is displayed to the User. ju555 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its discretion and without explanation.

7.2 Odds. Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are binding. ju555 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds — including clearly mispriced odds — at any time, including after bet settlement.

7.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, market terms, results or any other aspect of a betting market, ju555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. A "manifest error" includes but is not limited to: typographical errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds; results reported in error; and technical glitches that produced unintended market outcomes.

7.4 Void Bets. A Void Bet results in the return of the stake to the User's Account. Void Bets do not count toward Wagering Requirements unless otherwise stated in applicable bonus terms.

7.5 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to rapid movement and delayed data. ju555 is not liable for any bets placed based on information that, at the time of acceptance, was stale, delayed or inaccurate due to data feed latency. Users accept this inherent risk when engaging in live betting.

7.6 Cricket and Local Markets. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments and Test series — are subject to the specific event rules published in the applicable market. Abandoned, postponed or reduced-over matches will be settled according to the event-specific rules in force at the time of the market's creation.

Section 8

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this Section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated as "no wagering", all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met before bonus-associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus). All illustrative figures in promotional materials are examples only — refer to the live promotion terms for current requirements.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While a bonus is active on your Account, staking in excess of the published maximum bet limit per spin or per bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.

8.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.

8.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated, used or wagered within the specified period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

8.6 Bonus Abuse. ju555 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, matched betting with the intent of extracting bonus value without genuine play, use of automated software to exploit promotional conditions, and collusion between players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances may be confiscated.

8.7 ju555's Right to Amend or Withdraw. ju555 reserves the right to amend, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of amendment retain the benefit of the original terms applicable at opt-in.

Section 9

Responsible Gambling

9.1 ju555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is an adult activity intended for entertainment only and is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

9.2 Age Verification. ju555 will not knowingly permit minors to access, register or participate on the Platform. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time. Accounts where a User is found to be under the applicable minimum age will be permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

9.3 Player Protection Tools. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent restriction of your Account access.

9.4 Self-Exclusion Terms. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires. Requests to reinstate a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period ends will be declined. ju555 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusions, but cannot guarantee that Users will not circumvent exclusions through the use of new accounts or third-party access.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of ju555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction of any part of the Platform for commercial purposes; framing or mirroring of the Platform on any third-party server; or automated data extraction (scraping) of odds, content or other data from the Platform.

10.3 The ju555 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Their unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ju555 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) errors or interruptions in data feeds, odds or game results; (c) unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any action taken on the basis of content published on the Platform.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11.4 ju555 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by a User. Gambling involves financial risk and Users participate entirely at their own risk.

Section 12

Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 By ju555. ju555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account with immediate effect — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion;
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period.

12.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ju555 support. Where your Account holds a positive real-money balance and KYC verification is complete, the balance will be returned to you via a suitable withdrawal method, less any applicable deductions under these Terms.

12.3 Responsible Gambling Closure. Accounts closed at the User's request for responsible gambling or self-exclusion reasons are processed with priority. No administrative fee applies. Any completed wagers at the time of closure will be settled normally and the balance returned.

Section 13

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable governing jurisdiction are available upon request from ju555 support.

13.2 Nothing in this Section prevents ju555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property.

13.3 Pakistani users acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their participation on the Platform. ju555 makes no representation that use of the Platform is permissible under Pakistani law. Users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ju555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes via a notice displayed on the Platform or sent to your registered email address.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
