How ju555 Handles Your Data
These cards summarise the key principles of this Privacy Policy. They are not a substitute for the full legal text — please read all sections below carefully.
We Collect Only What We Need
ju555 collects personal data strictly limited to what is necessary for account operation, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention and legal compliance. We do not collect data for the purpose of selling it to third-party advertisers.
Your Data Is Secured
All data transmitted between your device and the ju555 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Sensitive documents submitted for KYC — such as your CNIC or passport — are processed exclusively through a secure HTTPS verification portal and are accessible only to authorised personnel.
You Have Rights Over Your Data
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing activities. These rights can be exercised by contacting ju555 support — see Section 10 and Section 14 for details.
Controlled Third-Party Sharing
We share your personal data with third parties only where strictly necessary — such as with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data. All third-party data processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Cookies Used for Functionality
ju555 uses essential cookies required for Platform functionality and security, as well as analytical cookies to understand how users interact with the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your cookie preferences can be managed through your browser settings.
Data Retained Only as Long as Required
Personal data is retained for as long as your Account is active and for such additional periods as required by the operator's legal and regulatory obligations. Upon account closure, data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention schedule, subject to legal hold requirements.
Section 1
Introduction
1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets out how ju555 ("we", "us", "our") collects, receives, uses, stores, transfers, discloses and otherwise processes personal data relating to individuals ("you", "your", "User") who access or use the ju555 platform located at https://ju555.cam (the "Platform") and associated services.
1.2 This Policy forms part of the ju555 Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Platform. Pakistan Users: This Policy does not constitute legal advice regarding Pakistani data protection law or the legality of online gambling in Pakistan. Users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 and other applicable legislation may apply to the processing of your personal data.

6.1 ju555 does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

Your Data Protection Rights
10.1 Subject to applicable law and any legal obligations that may require us to retain or continue processing your data, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information on how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal hold obligations.
Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while accuracy is contested.

Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
10.2 To exercise any of the above rights, please contact ju555 support using the contact details set out in Section 14. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law. We may require identity verification before processing a rights request.
10.3 Withdrawal of Consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without detriment. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
Section 11
Processing Data of Minors
11.1 The ju555 Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
11.2 If ju555 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without appropriate consent, that data will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable and the associated Account will be closed. If you believe that a minor has registered or provided personal data on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 14.
Section 12
International Data Transfers
12.1 ju555 is operated by an entity based outside Pakistan. Personal data you provide may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions with different data protection standards from those in your home jurisdiction.
12.2 Where such transfers occur, ju555 takes reasonable steps to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data — such as contractual obligations imposed on data processors, or reliance on recognised transfer mechanisms under applicable data protection law.
12.3 By using the Platform, users in Pakistan acknowledge that their personal data may be processed outside Pakistan and consent to such transfer to the extent required under applicable law.
Section 13

When material changes are made, the revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably practicable, notice of material changes will also be communicated via a Platform notification or email to your registered address.
